Orchestrated large capital rounds for multiple startups and co-founded a national healthcare SaaS technology company with a successful exit after raising $30MM; Principal Investigator (PI) for several major US Department of Health and Human Services and US Department of Justice grants. Expertise in whole-person leadership, HR, exit/transition planning, and change management. A former trainer for FEMA, Red Cross, Homeland Security, and hundreds of universities, hospitals, and companies. Board Advisor for select privately held companies in tech, entertainment, health, and manufacturing; non-profit passions in workforce development, palliative care & hospice, and mental health.

A Clinical Psychologist by training and Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management, Brian earned a BS/BA at Stetson University (Artificial Intelligence/Computer Engineering, Philosophy, & Humanities); M.A. (Conflict Resolution) from Univ. of Bradford in the UK (with an internship in the House of Commons); APA Internship VCU & Medical College of Virginia; Postgrad Certification (Financial Management) from Cornell; (Six Sigma & Lean Enterprise) Cert.
