Whole Student | Resiliency Training for Higher Education is a set of modules that focuses on mindfulness exercises, growth mindset, gratitude development, relationship building strategies with conflict resolution tactics, and understanding identity and minority stressors. There’s built in spaces for campus specific topics that has also proven extremely useful and effective, and the program can be implemented as a standalone train-the-trainer or used as a First-year Experience Course.
